At Holy cow, Yoga expert are going to provide various Yogic approaches like, Asana (Posture), Pranayama (Breathing exercises), Yog-Nidra (Yogic sleep) etc. and Transcendental Meditation. For TM initiation, one has to inform in advance in order to arrange TM teacher.
